Shipping & Delivery
Australian Orders:
We offer FREE shipping for all orders over $200 within Australia, using Australia Post.
Standard Shipping - Over $200 : FREE
Standard Shipping - Under $200: $6.95
International Orders:
We offer FREE express worldwide shipping on all International orders over $300 using Australia Post.
Express Shipping - Over $300 : FREE
Express Shipping - Under $300: $40.00
Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the order has been shipped. Please note, processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.
Australia - Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
International - Express Shipping: 5-14 business days. Please check tracking once shipped.
We use Australia Post and local courier partners. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can also log into your Versify Lifestyle account to check on your order status at any time.

Australian Orders:
For orders shipping within Australia, GST is already added to all prices shown on our website.
International Orders:
We use a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service, which means you pay an ex-tax price at the checkout and are subject to any relevant local duties and taxes once the parcel arrives at your country. Please feel free to contact customer service if you have any further queries.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on full price merchandise that is unused, in the original packaging and has a return request made within 14 days of purchase. Please note - items purchased on Sale or Promotion, cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging with tags still attached. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged - pulled, worn or not in their original packaging.
For International orders, shipping, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Versify Lifestyle.
Versify Lifestyle reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued.
For international orders, if an item is returned because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, Versify Lifestyle will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by Versify Lifestyle. Please note that if you refuse to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us.
Please allow up to 4 - 7 business days for refunds to be processed once your return has been received by our warehouse
Australian Returns:
For Domestic return requests, please submit your return request by accessing our Returns Portal here.
Once you have submitted a return request, you will be provided with a complimentary shipping label and return authorisation available via email or download at the time of the request with detailed return instructions. Original shipping costs are non–refundable.
Please do not ship your return back without a return authorisation. It will not be processed.
International Returns:
For International return requests, please submit your return request by accessing our International Returns Portal here.
Please be aware that original shipping costs, duties and taxes are non–refundable, and a $25 fee will be deducted from your refund for any international return. When you have submitted your return request, a return authorisation will be emailed to you and the return address label is included with your order with our return address.
Please do not ship your return back without a return authorisation. It will not be processed.
For exchanges within Australia, please access our portal here. Please note, we do not accept international exchanges at this time, however, we can recommend placing your new order now to reserve the item of your choice and send your current item back in the meantime.

Please ensure all details are correct prior to purchasing. Once an order has been placed, if you need to change your order please notify us, as soon as possible. So we can try to make any changes to the order or shipping information before we send out.

International pricing is calculated according to the current rate of exchange between the Australian currency on our website and the local currency of the specified shipping destination.
